The secret Berber cure Snoring

"Ah, Sir, do you need a cure for Snoring?" Twinkly-eyed old Berber man asked suddenly. For some reason his calm voice, cut through the din of mopeds, shouts, donkeys, horns and endless pleas to visit a succession of retail premises, and penetrated our tired stupor we protected for a moment from the body position to the Sun.

Sore and tired after a day Tramp souks in Marrakech, we switched quickly and then followed the stooped and old Lord by some dark hangings in his veritable Aladdin's cave in a store. After all, I thought, spices are the only thing I actually set out to buy in the first place, it can also be here.

Half an hour and two refreshing mint tea later, we had an extensive tour with historic and traditional remedies and cosmetics, from argan oil to frankincence. The history of the spice trade and wealth of the ancient sultans, develop as it had in a semi-desert climate, has done everything from digestive remedies that the Tablet aromatic perfumed oils, a delicate and specialised creative art. A delightful blend of East meeting West, North and South, meeting this wisdom of ages had combined to create solutions for every disease or social problems. But it was clear my partner has long ago broken nose had proposed sinuses full of scar tissue and snoring problem he had been suffering from for nearly two decades. Kudos to our insightful values, and I was happy that he should have our dirham for oils and spice mixtures I wanted to take home with me.

And the Berber cure Snoring? It proved nigella seeds. I had supported these pungent dark nibs in masalas before, but not in the pharmaceutical field. But it was shown, when twisted in a pinch of fine fabrics and rubbing firmly and complexities between the palms, they give off a pungent odor, which I could well imagine that a powerful decongestant. Inhaled deeply into each Nostril, in turn, I can imagine it would have significant benefits for all that Snoring was suspended due to a sinus infections or allergic reactions. And, as our host the same seeds can be stored and reused many times.

Tea would have been wonderful and we would not have shown the crime or ingratitude, so that 100 g of nigella seeds added to my growing pile of small bags on to. I can always use them in a curry, I thought.
