Three ways to help yourself sleeping

We've all been there. Is passed the midnight, you're lying in bed, the room is dark, you've had a long and exhausting day, but you still can't sleep. You know that you have to be up to seven hours, that you need every minute you can get but still fight you drop off your mind spinning, open your eyes wide open, sleeping away from you as can be. How can you avoid this? How can we take control of our lives that we crash and go to sleep at the right time? Here are three great tips to help you find the best way to the land of sleep and dreams, so read, and we hope that work for you!

The first trick is to be a drawback: turn off all electronics at least 30 minutes before bedtime. You can find a relaxing and enjoyable to write emails or watching movies right before turning off the lights, but what kind of stimulation can keep you awake for long periods of time. The amount of light that radiate will stimulate your brain and prevent them from releasing the melatonin, the hormone needed for drowsiness. Instead, try reading a book in the twilight.

Here's a piece of advice that is often overlooked: try wearing socks to bed. Often people with poor circulation will have cold feet into the bed, and that they are able to descend properly as a result. Wondering why? The coldness prevents good circulation and can result in your feeling slightly stretched or warning. A great pair of warm socks can improve circulation, helping to keep feet warm and keeping the blood flowing nicely throughout the body. Plus it feels great to have warm feet.

Finally, try to limit having large or spicy meals before bedtime. If you eat a meal that your digestive system will work overtime to digest food, and that the activity in your stomach will keep you awake. Dinner should be a light meal, and you should avoid drinking too much, like alcohol, while you can make you sleepy, you will sleep well thanks to its interrupting REM patterns following excessive alcohol. A light meal will allow you to slip out in a sleep and achieve the balance that is necessary because your whole body will be able to relax.
