Tired, tired? No social life and lose touch with friends

You are so tired that you are less social contacts to find? You are not alone. Fatigue is a growing epidemic that is sweeping the developed world. It leaves us listless and missing energy. If we usually out with our friends retreat would we to the comfort of our home and often the sofa. Don't panic, though. All you need is a little knowledge.
