Can why sleep not I good?

My brother-in-law has no problem falling asleep. He can stay in some of the cumbersome and uncomfortable-looking positions. Many of us, are included, me not so lucky and find sleep often a difficult task. How can a natural process be something so vital to our health and a seemingly so difficult? It should be easy to fall asleep, others do it all the time.

First would like to analyze the factors that can affect the quality of your sleep...

(1) Work-related stress. Studies find that many people sleep difficulties, because factors that highlight their work. In view of the State of the global economy now this comes as no surprise. It is a natural tendency, through financial and job security. Many employers are the situation forcing employees to work longer and combing job functions workload increase advantage. People wonder, work at home more come more tired and stressed out.

2. Health conditions. Some people are able to sleep disorders develop, without being aware of it, such as sleep apnea. Sleeping disorders are usually caused and triggered by a variety of factors. If you suspect a sleeping disorder, depends on your quality of life to the right professional help.

3. Personal topics. Including stress factors that influence your emotional state. Our lives are full of big and small problems. Often as we try to fall asleep, relax is when these issues come to the forefront of our mind.

4. Sleep environment. This is also among the things relating to the sleeping overall health of a person. If it environment, then is the tendency of the body, sleep to resist.

Better sleep tips:

-Proceed in the bed and is about the same time every day, even on the weekends.

-Do not eat or drink large quantities before going to bed.

-Vermeiden you nicotine, caffeine and alcohol in the evening.

-Creating a bedroom cool, dark, quiet and comfortable.

Start you have a relaxing good night routine. The same things do every night to tell your body that it is time, wind down.

-If you be to bed tired and the lights go. If you within 15 to 20 minutes not to sleep, get up and do something else. Back to bed, you go when you are tired. Breaking you not head over to sleep. The tension prevents only sleep.
