Immediately fall asleep tonight - a visualization and meditation technique you get faster sleep

Now, you have seen and described in your rooms, things that are actually available, close your eyes and start to describe the things that come into your mind. Try to think, forms and images rather than the actual events here.
"Now, since you ' see things in your mind's eye", try add some sounds on the images. What always soothing sounds, however, come to those sounds, and connect the image in your mind's eye.
The last, which focus on is how you feel. Or how you feel in your special place in your mind relax. If you think of the ocean, how feels the breeze on your face, or how the whales communicate sound. What is whatever your relaxation, imagine what you feel would if you were there. The heat of the sand or the feeling of the grass between the toes. What it for you, is now on which realize the time in your mind.

If you have completed the above steps, you should now tired and are on the brink of sleep. If the above steps you immediately sleep not get you should at the very least feeling much more relaxed - this is the way to the healthy sleep.
