The results of a recent survey suggests that people get a good night's sleep when their rooms are clean and comfortable. So before you consider with a sleep aid for the restless night, can only break out the vacuum, change the sheets, and consider a new mattress.
The Group's bedroom survey asked sound sleepers and restless over those such as the environment in the bedroom on their ability to have had a good night's sleep. While much work has it in medical sleep and impact search behavior, but it, was nothing about the environment itself until now.

1,500 Randomly selected adults in the United States, who were of age between 25 and 55 years include the survey. They were less than half said "great sleeper", those that great night got one of the most nights sleep. Here are some of the results:
-60% said that they changed the sheets a week; 3 reported by 4 better sleep, if their beds smelled fresh.
-70% are her bed every day or most days. Those who made their beds 19% more likely to say that they well most of the time sleeping.
-90% said had good mattresses and pillows key to get a good night's sleep. Rated as less important were comfortable sheets and other bedding.
-Up to 3 / 4 of the respondents said that a cool room with fresh air and a quiet, dark clean room for a relaxing night's sleep were important.
These results are no surprise to experts. It is believed that the environment, which you in go to sleep is part of the essential, but often ignored to get a good night's sleep. While this latest discovery is not serious sleep problems to solve, it can also help, many of us get the rest, that we need.
Experts also suggest limiting your bed to two activities: sleep and is with your partner.
