Natural obstructive sleep apnea treatment: possible or not?

The short answer is "Yes", but the correct answer is "Yes, we do have, but it depends on you and your conditions!" It is a treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, it is important that you know about your current situation!

Take any treatment before, make sure that you have a clear vision, how much is your apnea and what are the solutions for you. An overweight patients take different therapies in comparison to a heavy smoker, etc..
