Is the best obstructive sleep apnea CPAP treatment?

These are some facts and statistics on the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea CPAP's:

-The majority of people with a CPAP prescribed use it regularly.
-Auch in successful CPAP are 4.5 to 5 hours the average time each night not 7 to 8 hours as recommended have.
-Only people who the machine have 23-45%, how to use it.

As you can see, we have not many successful stories here. But it is also true that people who can tolerate the machine have improved in particular the conditions for your!

And is based not only on opinions and advice.

The main reason, in which your current condition, is that your airway is blocked while you sleep. Things that block your Airways are soft tissues and lax muscle in the neck. And the CPAP machine to open your Airways by providing enough pressure of every time, if you breathe no matter what is causing your sleep apnea.

Now you can have a question. If it is so wonderful, why there are only a small fan base?

There are many reasons that can answer this question. Here are some: the first thing that didn't like about the CPAP is people they are unpleasant. Not all people can go to sleep with a mask on her face. And you find disabled most of them the mask her face is when they wake up.

Another reason is that CPAP problems with people caused facial mask, have sensitive skin. And it is really a very large "annoying" thing to people who breathe through the mouth (nasal blockage) alone! Especially when they exhale.

Other side effects are dry mouth, sore throat, cold nose, etc.. Now you could so, know the answer to the question we have used. CPAP is a useful obstructive sleep apnea treatment, if you can tolerate it. It is not the best solution for everyone.

It does it mean for people who can live their machines in harmony is the end of the world?

NO! In fact, there are many other proven treatments that can cure obstructive sleep apnea, if you are with hard time with your computer. I can here some list:

-Natural therapies: acupuncture and herbs.
-Lebensstil change: lose weight, stop smoking, avoid alcohol and sedative drugs.
-Targeted exercises practice: voice therapy, "didgeridoo therapy" (you have heard about this one ever?)
Use of dental devices: these devices replace CPAP is the recommended solution for mild and moderate patients, even serious cases.
-Nasale devices: new treatment is the main reason, the obstructive sleep apnea cause nasal blockage.
-Changing for other machines: CPAP is just a kind of positive airway pressure machines. You have still BiPAP and APAP.
